4TH JULY - Our very best wishes to our American friends on their Independence Day ! Australians are deeply thankful for the great American war effort in the Pacific which resulted in Australia not being invaded by the enemy at the time. The United States is truly a diverse nation made up of dynamic people. Each year on July 4, Americans celebrate that freedom and independence with barbecues, picnics, and family gatherings.

CANADA DAY 1st JULY : Our very best wishes to our Candadian friends on their National Day. The Canadians are proud of the nation they have built together over the last 144 years. Since the earliest days of their history, Canada has been a land of promise. Canadians have built a society that celebrates achievement and excellence, while at the same time maintaining a strong respect for human rights. .

COMMENTARY: NOT ALL MAGICIANS ARE CLOSED MINDED SKEPTICS: James Webster is an English Master magician who participated in the famous Scole Experiment see chapter 8 of my work: A LAWYER PRESENTS THE EVIDENCE FOR THE AFTERLIFE. James Webster makes it very clear that no magician on Earth will ever be in a position to duplicate what he repeatedly witnessed during these very important psychic and mediumship experiments at Scole. There have been many other famous magicians who initially tried to debunk mediumship but, after investigating, found that they could not duplicate the phenomena of the best physical mediums (see item below).

Today we continue to get half-baked skeptical magicians who try to make a name for themselves (and an alternative occupation) by attacking mediumship, trying to copy Houdini.

But what is absolutely clear is that unlike some mediums/psychics NO SKEPTIC MAGICIAN IN THE WORLD has ever consented to be scientifically examined BEFORE going on stage. This is because magic- unlike genuine mediumship- is based on TRICKS AND ILLUSIONS.
The real magic is the work and dedication of genuine psychics and mediums everywhere.

. There was a big response - even from lawyers - to the cross-examination of that closed-minded materialist skeptic J Zwinge Randi - from last week's PART 1. Some responses were very strongly worded - but all positive e.g. "ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT and thoroughly entertaining courtroom cross-examination of Randi, one of the biggest phonies in the annals of professional debunkment. Your professional cross-examination of this soulless, pitiful excuse for an closed-minded human being completely demolished ...." Dr K S, New York.

Feel free to email any comments on the cross-examinations

who talks about his experiences with the paranormal and his experiences with the Scole experiments. He mentions that the Society for Psychical Research has had twelve Nobel Prize winners as members.

PROFESSOR AND PSYCHIC RESEARCHER Professor Robert Hare (January 17, 1781 to May 15, 1858), was a distinguished Professor of Chemistry at the University of Pennsylvania and the author of more than 150 papers on scientific subjects. He was also a world-renowned inventor.
In a letter dated July 27, 1853 to the Philadelphia Inquirer Hare denounced the “popular madness” being called Spiritualism by the American press, claiming that the phenomena of physical mediumship were either unconscious muscular actions on the part of persons with whom the phenomena were associated or hallucinations. Shortly after he received a letter from an educated person who had shared Hare’s view before observing some of the phenomena. This man challenged Hare to make a scientific investigation and not just assume that it was all fraudulent. Hare agreed that it was the right thing to do and he went on to become one of the pioneer psychic researchers. Because he was a true scientist, open-minded and willing to examine the evidence, he received amazing evidence of the afterlife from his parents, his sister and his son. Michael Tymn's excellent interview highlights wonderful information about what happens when we die.Read more about Professor Hare and what he discovered about the Spirit World.

Before his death at the age of 89 in 2009 Dr Hans Holzer had spent a lifetime studying the answers to this question. This was his answer to the question "What happens when we die."

" We all pass out of the physical body and we are now on the other side of life. It’s a world just like this one – it has only two differences: there’s no sense of time, and if you’re ill when you die you’re now no longer ill. But other than that, you’ll find houses, trees, gardens, and your relatives, friends, and so on. It looks like a very real world. Maybe a little nicer, but still a normal, real world. And you are just the way you were before. Maybe a little bit younger-looking if you wish, but you’re still in a very real world....

“‘Stay behinds’ are relatively common,” he said. “Somebody dies, and then they’re really surprised that all of a sudden they’re not dead. They’re alive like they were. They don’t understand it because they weren’t prepared for it. So they go back to what they knew most – their chair, their room, and they just sit there. Next, they want to let people know that they’re still ‘alive.’ So they’ll do little things like moving things, appear to relatives, pushing objects, poltergeist phenomena, and so on.”

The FOURTH potential problem after crossing over is what is called 'ATTACHMENT'. At the moment of crossing over the 'state of mind' will be very important. If the person dying is very strongly attached to something on earth - maybe to his workplace or to his home, or to his club or to somewhere else, it is possible that person will find himself in the place he is attached to. This means that even if he has a high enough level of spirituality to take him to the Level of the Light, that person will not go there. So try to NOT be attached to anything on physical earth. Always keep an open mind and on crossing-over you, if you are a good average person, you will have no problems at all.

"America's Top Psychic" winner Michelle Whitedove participates in an International Psychic Challenge (one of a number being run in various countries). She finds a "Terrorist" on board a 747 airplane in less than 5 minutes. She also gives clues regarding a murder that happened at the World Cup.

From 1905 to 1935 Howard Thurston was the most famous magician in the USA, more famous even than his contemporary Harry Houdini. Initially he was an anti- Spiritualist campaigner who issued open challenges to mediums, offering ten thousand dollars for the production of any stunt they could not reproduce by trickery (sound familiar?). However after investigating mediumship he changed his mind and became a member of the American Society for Psychical research. Read full story...

a couple of psychics complained to me that a television journalist used ‘entrapment’ – a trap to get the mediums to make statements and then twisted all information to make the mediums look silly on television. My advice to all genuine psychics and mediums is that if some television or media journalist wants to interview you get it in writing from him or her that the information supplied will be used in ‘good faith’ and will not be used directly or indirectly to ridicule, to denigrate, to belittle, or to make you look silly. Do NOT trust media journalists unless they are friends. My advice is ALWAYS get something in writing to protect your professional reputation.
If you are an established medium or psychic and the closed minded skeptics try to take you on - just email me about it - as others have done.

FARENHEIT It has long been claimed that spiritual masters who practice yoga or buddhist meditation or Qigong and other martial arts develop powers that Western science says do not exist.

While most people are familiar with the Near Death Experience (NDE) a much rarer experience is the Pre-Birth Experience (PBE). A very common kind of pre-birth memory is when people who are living experience a communication from their future child- the pre-born. Often they will see their future child in a vision and talk to it. Later when the child is born and grows up they will recognize the child as the one they saw. Typical is the account given by American actor Richard Dreyfus who told Barbara Walters in an interview that at a time when he was hospitalized for drug and alcohol issues he had a vision of a three-year-old girl in a pink dress and shiny black patent leather shoes. Within three years a daughter was born to Dreyfuss and his wife - the same girl who had come to his hospital room. Read more...

HOW DO YOU RAISE YOUR VIBRATIONS? (Increase your level of spirituality)

"Your thoughts are your magnet, and they determine your vibration. Your vibration is your point of attraction. As you think you vibrate, as you vibrate you attract. You attract everything with the magnetism of your thoughts: your health, your friends and mate, your job, your finances, your whole happiness, So, take good care of your vibration. Be aware where you have your thoughts. Be critical of what you feed into your vibration. If you want to be entertained, then don't watch anything to do with war, horror, disasters and misery, And don't watch things that irritate you. Watch something that makes you sing and dance, something that lifts your spirits and makes you laugh. Help others unselfishly. When you do that you lift your vibration." Else Byskov "Ten Great Ways to Understand the World".

: JEWISH THINKING ABOUT THE AFTERLIFE – read a most respectable journal about it: "Jewish Thinking on the Afterlife - A Moment Magazine Symposium: Ask Jews what happens after death, and many will respond that the Jewish tradition doesn’t say or doesn’t care, that Jews believe life is for the living and that Judaism focuses on what people can and should do in this world. But not so fast. If anything is less Jewish than belief in heaven and hell, it’s Jews agreeing on an official theological party line. And after 4,000 years of discussion, you’d expect considerable variation. Sure enough, when Moment asked an array of prominent Jewish thinkers, artists, writers and other doers to tell us what they think they’re headed for, the range was extraordinary. In the following ruminations you’ll find ghosts, zombies, animal souls and reincarnation, along with more familiar discussions of memory, legacy and divine judgment. And, of course, disagreements. As they say: two Jews, three afterlives."

Of course, we ask these highly intelligent Jewish intellectuals - and others to read the empirical argument for the existence of the afterlife. We know they will accept that in any inconsistency beteen the subjectivity of religion and empirical science, inevitably empirical SCIENCE PREVAILS, and will always prevail. Science is the way and the light in the twentyfirst century: That is why millions around the world are leaving the Synagogues, the Temples and the Churches. Read full report:

The best evidence of the afterlife without a doubt is when someone you knew personally materializes and gives you evidence of their identity and continued existence.
Craig Bradley (Pialba, Queensland, Australia) is one of the few people in the world privileged to have had this incredible experience. Here he describes what happened during a recent David Thompson materialization seance in Melbourne:

" Pop Smith has only been gone for around 4 years but is the one in any reading done since he passed who is my representative from the spirit world. When I was told my Grandfather wanted to come through and say hello I was excited to say the least. 20 people in that room and Pop came through for me, again. I could hear him materialize then walk toward me. Then it happened! Two large hands placed firmly on my face and my grandfather was speaking from right in front of me. He patted my face, my shoulders, and my face again while speaking of my endeavors to help people through healing and expressed how excited he was to have the opportunity to materialize also. The moment, “my moment with my Pop” lasted for around 3 minutes I guess but it changed my life completely. The one thing I noticed overall is no one in that room had ever laid eyes on me or my grandfather, ever before, but when Pop touched my face; his hand was missing the same finger and a half he was missing when he walked among us. If this is not validation of being genuine then validation I believe is impossible. I had not even given the missing fingers a thought myself for about 20 years but it was the first thing I noticed when touched. That moment of complete surrender to what your experiencing being genuine is soul touching." Read more....

FEEDBACK just a few selected responses:

1. FROM AN AMERICAN ATTORNEY: Victor: I liked the cross examination of Randi-- but as an attorney myself one has to cross examine him as to his motive to deny the overwhelming evidence you very effectively shoved down his throat-- why is he so stubborn? What is his motive? that is easy to explain-- Money-- He makes money by being skeptical – Mike D. (Mike: we'll get to the motive in a future part).

2. Well done! Allison, (One of television most popular mediums with her own tv show).

3.Hi Wendy and Victor Zammit I liked the cross examinations of Randi and Stephen Hawking. I have more respect for Hawking than other materialist scientists. The cross examinations were fun and exciting ...Randi seems to put up a bigger fight than Hawking. I would like to see the next one be done on Michael S and Skeptic Magazine. Thank You Michael T. L.

4) Hi Victor, I really enjoyed the Randi cross-examination. Really well presented and engaging. With the “evidence” brought together like this, this skeptic appears very facile and ostrich-like with his head firmly in the sand!! A really good read. Thank you. Cheers, Chris

5) Victor did an amazing job on this character. J.P.
