A Lawyer Presents the Case for the Afterlife

I’m still dealing with some very urgent work but am getting though my back emails. Apologies if you have not yet received a reply.

We are entering a new year where we all have to continue to make a contribution on a global level helping people from around the world to understand about the afterlife. There is a sense of urgency in this mission. To do this we must co-operate, we must get inspiration and we must be sensitive enough to understand that when we are united in our objectives we will triumph – no doubt about that. The only way to attain brilliant results is by co-operating with each other, helping each other and by honestly and sincerely going out of our way to promote each other’s work. I submit there is a greater onus on those who claim to be spiritual – to rise above any disagreements, to show by good example, so that they can make a significant contribution to a world which is starved of spiritual truth. Some questions we ought to ask ourselves: what am I doing to raise mainstream consciousness about the afterlife? What contribution am I making to help those who really need my help? Do I have the ability to give unconditionally to those others who are working diligently to disseminate the light on a global level? Whatever you decide, whatever you do and whatever plan you decide to follow, if you are on the continuous spiritual path, absolutely, you are on the winning side - guaranteed. I wish you well for the New Year!!!

We had to review very carefully this matter of medium/psychic of the year. We received a huge number of votes - took us till 3 am this morning to go through them all. There were some very moving emails that brought tears to my eyes when people related to me the fantastic validation they received contacting the other side through a most wonderful medium. We realized that we could inadvertently be creating unnecessary competition and perhaps even creating resentment- even at an unconscious level - if we selected one medium against the other when what we really want to do is to thank, celebrate and promote the work of ALL genuine mediums and psychics.

True, some mediums have been able to promote mediumship on a global level - and to these very special mediums we give our heartful thanks for their most brilliant work in disseminating the light far and wide... Many people wrote that seeing mediums on television was what got them into researching the afterlife and led them to their own personal afterlife experiences.

And we know there are also many quiet achievers - mediums you never hear about but who are doing tremendous work and are obtaining absolutely brilliant results. We should not forget that many of the greatest, most influential mediums in psychic history like John Sloan and Minnie Harrison lived and worked in humble obscurity.

Now more than ever before the world needs all to be working together without ego to prove the continuity of life.

Accordingly, we have decided that ALL mediums nominated jointly win an award for the best medium/psychic of the year 2007. Congratulations to (alphabetically, not in any order of popularity):

George Anderson
Sunny Burgess
Laurie Campbell
Kelvin Cruikshank
Marion Dampier-Jeans
Allison Dubois
John Edward
Chris Fleming
Colin Fry
Sam Harding
Ghyotonda Moto
Sue Nicholson
Janet Nohavec
Scott Russell-Hill
Tony Stockwell
David Thompson
James Van Praagh
Debbie Webber
Lisa Williams

Of course, David Thompson automatically wins the physical medium of the year for Australia !!

Below are just a representative few of the testimonials from readers submitted about their personal experiences with their favourite mediums...(medium names omitted)

"Yes it was my father who talked to me ... no one on earth knew about the information he related to me ... he even materialized a piece of paper with his own signature .." W.F. Sydney.

"...... She helped me a lot since my beloved wife passed away. She is absolutly amazing with her accuracy." Del, Canada.

"I've had readings with three well-known mediums and they were all very accurate and uplifting experiences." Julie Ann

"I vote for my favorite medium..... I've met her personally and she has helped me several times regarding of someone I lost back in 2004. Michael, Denmark

"I have personal experience of ........accurate messages. I went to see him at Fairfield Halls, Croydon earlier this year and the very first message was an amazingly accurate one from my maternal grandmother. He didn't even know I was in the audience, as I was sitting at the back of the balcony. Some woman in the stalls claimed the message as being for her when he had only given the first name and little more, but as the message went into intricate detail it was obviousl it could only be for me and nobody else in that audience. Absolutely brilliant work for me." Tony UK

Bob Olson is an author, magazine editor and former private investigator who has researched psychic mediums for over eight years. Once a cynical skeptic, Olson met his first genuine and legitimate psychic medium in January of 1999. The psychic medium conveyed messages from Olson's deceased father and grandmother that were incredibly accurate, including details such as names, dates and information about his life that this stranger (the psychic medium) could never have known. This spirit-to-medium reading literally changed Olson's life, and he spent the next seven years studying and investigating psychic mediums, spirit communication and life after death. His website contains excellent resources and a list of US mediums he claims he has personally tested and recommends.

How To Get A Good Reading From A Psychic Medium was born from Carole Lynne's desire to help her own potential clients, plus the thousands of people interested in contacting those who have gone to live in the world of spirit, know what to expect from a reading with a medium. For the grieving, the curious, the skeptical but desperate, Lynne offers straightforward, plain talk about what mediums can and can't do, and how to prepare to get the most out of an encounter with the world of spirit. Chapters on "The great and not such great reasons to see a medium," "Where to find a good medium," and "How long is a reading and what does it cost" explain the very practical elements of dealing with a spirit communicator. "This is not a scientific book," writes Lynne. "I'm not going to try to prove anything to you." But she does dispense invaluable advice about getting the most out of working with a medium. Whta questions should you ask? When should you listen? When should you talk? What can you do with the information you get? Answers to all these questions, and so many more..

CROCODILE Hunter Steve Irwin "spoke" to wife Terri and father Bob through controversial US medium John Edward, it is claimed. Hours before the psychic performed for 4500 people at the Irwins' Australia Zoo Crocoseum , Mrs Irwin, 43, and Mr Irwin had private "readings" to contact the late wildlife champion. Mrs Irwin confirmed she met Edward, a long-time friend of her husband, in the hope of receiving a message from the man killed by a stingray's barb in 2006 at age 44. Mr Irwin said his daughter-in-law was overjoyed by the outcome. He said both "had contact with Steve".

SCIENCE: QUANTUM MECHANICS, THE PARANORMAL AND THE AFTERLIFE: In chapter 25 of my book – top right – I have included work of physicists - Nobel Laureate Professor Brian Josephson (pictured, below) – with Professor Jessica Utts (pictured, left); Professor Alan Wolf; at Professorial level scientist Ron Pearson; Sir Oliver Lodge; Professor Russell Targ; Dr Harold Puthoff; Professor Dr Ernst Senkowski; Professor/Dr Amit Goswami; Professor John Bockris; physicist Dr Claude Swanson; Dr Dean Radin; Professor Jacob D Bekenstein – all these support the existence of the paranormal and most support the existence of the afterlife. Materialists remain absolutely quiet about the research of these brilliant physicists supporting psi. See chapter 25.

Don’t let materialists talk you away from the most important two features of to-day’s empirical evidence for the paranormal: objectivity and repeatability. Never, never underestimate, NEVER move away, never forget, never disregard, never be distracted away from these two features – because objectivity and repeatability are our most important cornerstones when we present the objective afterlife evidence. When scientists investigate the afterlife, anything that is objective and can be repeated is retained. Scientists then repeat the formula over time and space, keeping variables constant, and obtaining the same results in paranormal/afterlife evidence means that the evidence is inevitably OBJECTIVE and REPEATABLE – i.e. SCIENTIFIC. That is why there is a steady increase in the acceptance of the afterlife evidence by open minded skeptics these days. It has to be remembered that in professional debate, the onus shifts on to the materialists to show WHERE, WHEN, WHY and HOW the afterlife evidence cannot be accepted. This to date, has NOT been done – and can never be done when the evidence is objective and repeatable. Very interesting, the professional skeptics have become very quiet, the open minded skeptical debunkers are joining us in droves, and the skeptical dummies have completely abondoned trying to knock the afterlife evidence - because they can't - to picking on the brilliant afterlife researchers and writers' personal lives! That speaks volumes!

SPIRITUAL HEALING- WHY IS IT THAT SOME ARE HEALED OTHERS NOT? Some people are healed by spiritual healing. Some people are not. Why? I met many people who went to expert healers– such as John of God in Brazil – some were healed some not. A mystery? NO, IT IS NOT A MYSTERY! We know that the patient's own belief system and the belief system of the people around him/her are very important. And Silver Birch tells us no amount of healing will do anything if the patient’s karma is not to be healed. That is why no spiritual healer will ever be in a position to GUARANTEE healing success. However Silver Birch does tell us that even if physical healing is not achieved, the patient is often helped spiritually by the healing and will be much more at peace. There are a few uninformed people about spiritual healing and selfishly demand they or their relatives be healed immediately. These uninformed complainants in fact themesleves could be responsible for worsening of the illness they demand to be removed.

The Beginner's Guide to Sex In The Afterlife and The Beginner's Guide For The Recently Deceased By David Staume
Publisher: Llewellyn Publications (February 2006, February 2004)
Review by Lee Prosser - leep@ghostvillage.com
These two amusing books need to be read together, thus they are being reviewed together! Each in its own way is a delight and filled with both seriousness and humor. One is a detailed look at what we get and what we do after death. One is a look at sex after death. It discusses sexual energy in detail and how to work with it. Whether you wish to know what to do with that sexual energy or how to protect yourself from harm in the next life, these books serve as delightful guides. Aha, what kind of sex can you get at the inevitable destination? What to do when you get there? Read the enjoyable books and find out. David Staume lives in Australia. He is a naturopath and herbalist. The information for these two books comes from his personal observations of nature, and his studies in the fields of philosophy and other areas.

HELL - A VERY REALISTIC ILLUSION Private Thomas Dowding, a 37-year-old British soldier, was killed on the battlefield in WWI. On March 12, 1917, he began communicating through the mediumship of Wellesley Tudor Pole. His description of assisting his brother on a mission to rescue a fellow soldier from Hell is most enlightening. " This hell consists in believing the unreal to be real. It consists in the lure of the senses without the possibility of gratifying them…Hell, apparently, or that part of it we are speaking about, depends for its existence on human thoughts and feelings..." ANOTHER TAKE ON HELL David Staume's book (see above) has a similar explanation about the illusion of hell. He writes: " The man who has lived his life stained by the permutations of hatred has, by his own actions, made his body of the coarsest materials. The effect of the reorganisation (death) on his astral life are dramatic. He is completely shut out from all but the most terrible experiences- unable to see or interact with anything or anyone not possessing the same degraded character. If he meets someone of mixed character, their better side is filtered out of his experience, and he is only able to see the worst in them. This is simply the permutations of hate he fostered internally projected into objective reality. But this is a very real hell. It's a self-created and finite hell, but a hell nonetheless...Hate is a powerful force that binds you to those you hate..If you want to be free of someone you must neither love them nor hate them. The laws of nature are such that both love and hate create powerful bonds. To be free of someone you have to be indifferent to them. "The Beginner's Guide For The Recently Deceased By David Staume p. 33-35

TO PROVE THAT ONE MILLION DOLLAR PRIZE DOES EXIST OR RISK PRISON! Victor's afterlife challenge is the ONLY one in the world backed by a sworn statement – subject to a prison sentence if untrue - that a million dollar prize does exist. Why is it that the skeptics do NOT have the equivalent? Is it because the skeptic’s so-called prize is in "bonds" which may be junk bonds not worth their paper value? Will those responsible for the skeptics million dollar challenge have the courage and the ethics to provide the public with a sworn statement as to the details of the issuer of the prize bonds and the terms of the bonds- i.e. due date for redemption an interest rate etc.? When anyone goes to the public with claims that he does have funding for his alleged million dollar challenge – there is a duty on the one putting on the challenge to prove to the public that there is funding to support his challenge.

‘PROVING THE NEGATIVE.’ Skeptical dummies show they have swallowed hook line and sinker the 'proving the negative' propaganda without understanding it! The UNINFORMED materialists have NOT obtained legal advice from an expert litigation lawyer about this very important statement: there is NO such thing as ‘proving the negative’ regarding the afterlife evidence! Why not? This is because in professional debate the plaintiff lawyer presents the evidence for the afterlife by way of TWENTY TWO areas of afterlife evidence - positively expressly - stated in my BOOK (click) top right. Then go to CONTENTS – where you will see chapters of different areas of evidence: on EVP, ITC, Mediuship, Materializations … right to Xenoglossy to Quantum Physics. In professional debate, these TWENTY TWO areas of evidence MUST BE REBUTTED by the defendant attorney. If these areas of afterlife evidence are not rebutted, in professional debate, the evidence remains VALID. That has been, and still is the situation for the last EIGHT YEARS! Inevitably, we are on the winning side!

DRAMATIC SPEAKERS’ CORNER PICTURES - see new pics: Nazis in uniform, the Izraelis, Socialists, Lord Soper a great English orator, American Hostage crisis 1980, No Tax Speaker: (Victor, pictured below 2003 in more peaceful times speaking about the afterlife) during 1965 -1978 at the Speakers' Corner in London and the Speakers Corner at the Domain Park in Sydney - was a tremendous time of revolutionary social, religious and political changes. The Vietnam war was at its peak. Youths were conscripted to fight a losing war. Lives were being lost on the killing fields of Vietnam. Anti-war demonstrations were being held regularly.
Many anti-war demonstrators were beaten up during the protest marches. People were beginning to feel that church leaders had lost the monopoly on truth. Young people wanted answers to questions theologians had refused or could not answer for nearly 2,000 years. In many countries young people won the right to vote at 18 years instead of 21 years. Enjoy these historical photos – and a time that is not likely to come around again:
