Nostradamus
Any information which gives us a glimpse of the future
ought to be examined. Ignore the skeptics and the defeatists
- they tend to be too negative about anything. They don't
provide answers, only negativity and criticisms.
Is it possible to get a glimpse of the future? Einstein
once stated the future was 'an illusion.' Psychics state
that past, present and future are a 'oneness' - are combined
into one phenomenon. That the future has already happened
boggles the mind. There must be many gifted psychics who
made predictions which eventually were fulfilled.
Although I came across many psychics who were not particularly
gifted or talented, I came across too many people who went
to gifted psychics and were satisfied with the readings
they had and confirmed some prediction made to them.
The Prophesies of Nostradamus contain 1,000 quatrains.
My research into these quatrains produced some 10 brilliant
direct hits - the others I found a little too general to
be convincing. Considering he made these predictions before
1672 one has to allow for some 'time' error, especially
when Nostradamus deals with events around the beginning
of the twenty-first century.
Here are some of Nostradamus' quatrains that some writers
think may be relevant to the present time.
Ennosigee, fire of the centre of the earth (nuclear explosion?),
Shall make an earthquake of the *New City (New York?),
Two great rocks shall long time war against each other,
After that Arethusa shall color red the fresh river
*In Nostradamus' time, the U.S. was referred to as the New
Land.

Garden of the world near the New City, in the road of
the HOLLOW MOUNTAINS (*skyscrapers?). It will be seized
plunged in the tank, forced to drink water poisoned with
sulphur.
*** Warning that the water is going to be poisoned?
AND
The sky will burn at forty-five degrees, fire approaches
the great
New City. Immediately a huge, scattered flame leaps up when
they
Want to have proof of the Normans.
New York is between forty and forty-five degrees. Flame
leaps up could
refer to some huge bomb.
AND
In the year 1999 and seven months, from the sky will come
the great
King of Terror. He will bring back to life the great king
of the Mongols.
Before and after War reigns happily.
Critics state that Nostradamus failed because nothing particular
happened in July 1999. That may be so. But considering today's
circumstances, is it not reasonable to allow a couple of
years margin of error - when you consider that he was writing
before 1672?
