Five reasons why Randi does not have a legitimate $1m challenge:

1. Randi is on record for stating – and Randi does not deny it –to Professor Dennis Rawlings in relation to the $1m challenge, “I will always have a way out” (of paying”).

2. I had a number of mediums and others who wanted to challenge Randi – but as soon as Randi realizes that the applicant is gifted and would be able to beat him, he stopped communicating with him and her.

3. In all the years of the challenge not one person got beyond his so-called “preliminary test” which basically consists of his totally subjective “I don’t think you’re genuine- go away” assessment.

4. In his conditions he is a judge in his own cause – a blatant violation of equity, justice and fairness. Ultimately, Randi has the final say - the buck stops with him. A true measure of a gifted psychic's skills is to allow for a panel of totally independent scientists who themselves will conduct the testing. Randi refused to allow this because he wants the ultimate control over the experiments.

5. I challenged Randi to include in his conditions to the applicant that he has to put his offer under ‘Oath’ or ‘Statutory Declaration’ pursuant to a state and Federal law that he is telling the truth, the whole truth – so that if he is caught in a lie, like not having the funding, the applicant can apply to the police to charge him with perjury – penalty some five years imprisonment. (That’s how a former Australian judge Marcus Einfeld is likely to be going to prison on Wednesday this week in Sydney, for lying in a Statutory Declaration). In fact Randi initially said he would put his conditions under oath, but he never did. He chickened out because of the possibility of Randi being locked up for five years in a prison.

Many people have stated that he has the biggest hoax in paranormal history where he fooled gullible journalists and television interviewers - and others.
