COMMENTARY: ASTROPHYSICIST CLAIMS THAT CONSCIOUSNESS CREATES MATTER Dr. Bernard Haisch, an astrophysicist, believes in the existence of God - not the God of religion portrayed as an old man with a long white beard, but as consciousness that has become the universe to experience itself.
His book 'The God Theory' (2009) claimed to show how you can and should be "a rational, science-believing human being and, at the same time, know that you are an immortal spiritual being, a spark of God." He claims to be putting forward "a world view that offers a way out of the hate and fear-driven violence engulfing the planet."
To make his argument more easily understood by a popular audience, Dr. Haisch joined with best-selling author Ptolemy Tompkins to write 'Proof of God' (2017). It is structured as a very personal discussion between a curious writer (Tompkins) and a scientist (Haisch) who sets forth the argument that, far from having disproved God’s existence, science has increasingly shown that God is, in fact, the best explanation so far found for the universe and everything in it.

WOMAN DIES AND MEETS GOD ON THE OTHER SIDE
Erica McKenzie shares the story of her Near-Death Experience that was the result of many years of diet pill addiction. NEAR-DEATH EXPERIENCE VALIDATION
During their NDEs, people sometimes report meeting with relatives they did not know were dead. In all cases they are correct. Dr. P.M.H. Atwater reports a case of a woman who talked with her father during her NDE. Neither she nor anyone in her family was aware that the father had died only five minutes before the woman had her car/truck accident and her NDE (Atwater 2007:164). She also reports that during his NDE, Lloyd Haymon saw his pet parrot sitting on his deceased brother's shoulder. He later learned that the parrot had died for no apparent reason while the paramedics were trying to resuscitate Lloyd following his heart attack (Atwater 2007:163). Similar cases were reported by Dr. Ian Stevenson and Dr. Elisabeth Kübler-Ross.
AN ANIMAL LOVER DESCRIBES HIS TRANSITION TO SPIRIT George Hopkins was a farmer from Sussex in England, who died during harvest time around 1900. In 1959 he returned to speak about his passing through direct voice medium Leslie Flint.
This was part of a spirit-organised project to bring hundreds of people from all levels of society to explain to the world what happened to them when they died.
He shared that he attended his own funeral and discovered that he could not be seen by anyone - even the local parson! He then explained how he was met by his beloved wife and brother, who then took him 'home' to the Spirit World.

END OF LIFE DOULAS - GUIDING THEIR JOURNEY TO THE SPIRIT WORLD
End of Life Doulas are an emerging role and complement the work of the nursing and medical communities, as well as hospice palliative care workers. They are advocates who assist in creating and carrying out health care treatment decisions for their clients while providing support to their clients' family and friends.
